Fruity and dry Japanese junmai sake - 100% pure rice wine
A very popular ginjo-sake in Japan. Ment to drink on the rocks. The intricate variations of flavour and aroma as the temperature and alcohol level shifts are endlessly fascinating. This sake is fruity yet somewhat dry, undiluted, unpasteurized and unfiltered

Tamagawa was founded in Kumihama township of Kyoto Prefecture in 1842. Tamagawa sake is famous for it's changes in fllavour at different temperatures, allowing for enjoyment over a huge range – over ice, chilled, at room temperature, and all the way up to the piping extremes of heated sake. Since 2007 the Philip Harper became the Master Brewer. He won the first Gold Medal in National Sake Awards in his first season. With the Spontaneous Fermentation series, and products such as Ice Breaker and Time Machine, he has challenged the industry preconceptions.
