Jabara is a rare citrus native to Japan. Discovered as the last of its species from a tree in Wakayama prefecture, Jabara is a special miraculous fruit.
This distinctive sake made from the fresh and Jabara juice and the Jabara peel. This extraordinary sake has a heritage of over 100 years but has never been exported from Japan ever before.
The taste is similar to yuzu-sake but with a spicy floral aroma giving the taste more depth.
Because of the rarity of the fruit, the availability is limited.
Pure or on the rock, it's perfect for a warm summer day and as aperitif!
