Its ultra-fine grain dissolves completely in water or milk, making it the perfect choice for sakura lattes, as well as for blending into pastries, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and chocolate — all without adding unwanted moisture.

Please note: This powder is white and will not impart a pink hue to your creations. Its strength lies in its superior solubility, ensuring a smooth and consistent flavor infusion.

Sakura Latte Recipe (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 3 grams (1.5 tsp) Sakura Leaf Powder

  • 150 ml warm milk (or plant-based alternative)

  • Optional: Sweetener to taste (e.g. honey, syrup, or sugar)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk or stir the sakura powder into a small amount of warm milk to dissolve completely.

  2. Add the rest of the milk and sweetener.

  3. Froth if desired, and serve warm.

Optional: Garnish with edible sakura petals from our blossom-based range.

Storage:
Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within a reasonable period after opening to enjoy peak flavor.
