Unique aroma of Yuzu
Yuzu is a hybrid between a sour tangerine and the lemony Ichang papaeda. The taste and aroma is a combination of grapefruit and mandarin. Yuzu is an essential seasoning in Japanese cuisine and is used as an additive in Japanese ponzu, soy sauce and miso. Chefs use the juice in dishes with fish, white meat, as well as in sorbets, ice cream and cocktails.
Made from 100% yuzu juice. Pasteurized while still retaining all the properties and taste of fresh yuzu.
Can be used as a seasoning, perfect for adding flavor to grilled fish, pickled foods, and more. It can also be used to make a dressing or ponzu salad vinegar. For those who dislike sweet, sugary drinks, this juice can be diluted in water to make a refreshing yuzu drink to enjoy. And don't forget to experiment using it in desserts. It's a perfect combination with white chocolate.
Yuzu juice contains a very concentrated flavor. You will generally not use the whole bottle at once.
Keep in the fridge after opening.
