This yuzu sake, is mixed and bottled in the Netherlands. Pure Yuzu juice and pure Junmai sake, both from Japan, have been used. compared to the other yuzu sake from Yoigokochi and Heiwa, this yuzu sake has a milder taste and is therefore easy to drink.
Perfect for a warm sunny afternoon, as an aperitif, with a dessert or as an ingredient in a cocktail. Serve ice cold neat or on-the-rocks for the best balance of sweet and sour.
